Applications of BBa_J100183

A graph of fluorescence intensity divided by absorbance as measured by a Synergy spectrophotometer. The negative controls are E coli with water added and no promoter. The positive controls are E coli with plasmids that always display red fluorescence. The experimental "J100183" are E coli with modified P R/tetO promoters that can be enhanced in the presence of aTc- anhydroustetracycline.

(A concentration of 1 x 10^(-4) mg/mL aTc was present in the final broth, and this incubated for 21.75 hours.)
